Born in Lansdowne
We opened on North Lansdowne Avenue and let the food do the talking. Neighbors became regulars, and the Delco Chicken Sandwich became something the whole borough claimed as its own.
Philly Takes Notice
Philadelphia Magazine gave us the 2022 Best of Philly Food award, and the Inquirer named us the best chicken in Delco. We didn't chase the recognition — we just kept frying.
Growing to West Chester
In 2024, we brought the same recipe and the same warmth to Market Street in West Chester. Same chicken, new neighbors — and they've been lining up ever since.
Every Guest Is a Regular
Walk in either door and someone will steer you toward the sweet potato waffle fries and make you feel like you've been coming here for years. That part was never in the recipe — it just comes naturally.
